1. The promoter of the Referral Campaign Promotion (“Promotion”) is AVO TV subsidiary of View Media (“AVO TV” or “Promoter”).

2.       By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3.       Employees and agents of the Promoter, as well as employees and agents of any of their respective associated entities, affiliates, holding companies and/or subsidiaries, are not eligible to enter into or win this Promotion. Further, immediate family members of and those living in the same household as such employees and agents are not eligible to enter into or to win this Promotion.

4.       In order to be eligible to enter into this Promotion, you must:

be a resident in a country in which the AVO TV service is available; and
have reached or be over the age of majority in your country of residence, i.e. you must legally be an adult per the laws of  the country of your residence.

5.       In order to obtain entry into this Promotion, you must refer a friend or family member to subscribe to AVO TV to be entered into a prize draw.

6.       This Promotion shall commence from 21 September 2022 and close at 6pm (WAT) on 23 Sep 2022.

7.       Two (2) winners of the Promotion shall be selected by AVO TV via computer generated random draw, should such persons be able to positively verify his/her identity, they will each be eligible to receive a Prize.

8.      The winners of this Promotion (“Winners”) will each receive a cash prize of $100 each, in United States Dollar or Nigerian Naira equivalent at an exchange rate approved by the Promoter. (collectively, the “Prize”).

9.     The Prize is neither transferrable nor negotiable.

10.     The Winners accept that certain other conditions regarding the Prize may apply as may be prescribed by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.

11.     Any circumvention of these Terms and Conditions, or any attempt at circumventing these Terms and Conditions, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion, shall immediately disqualify the relevant entrant from this Promotion and from winning the Prize.

12.     The Promoter reserves the right to vary or to alter or to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without notice. In the event of such variation or alteration or amendment, you agree to waive any rights you may have in terms of these Terms and Conditions, this Promotion and/or the Prize, and acknowledge that you will have no right of recourse against any of the Promoter, or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, or agents.

13.     The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Prize at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without notice. In the event of such variation or alteration or amendment, you agree to waive any rights you may have in terms of these Terms and Conditions, this Promotion and/or the Prize, and acknowledge that you will have no right of recourse against any of the Promoter, or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, or agents.

14.     The Promoter reserves the right to terminate this Promotion at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, with immediate effect and without notice.  In the event of such termination, you agree to waive any rights you may have or may have had in terms of these Terms and Conditions, this Promotion and/or the Prize, and acknowledge that you will have no right of recourse against any of the Promoter, or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, or agents.

15.     You hereby agree to indemnify the Promoter and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, distributors, retailers, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents, and hold each of them harmless from and against any and all claims, actions or proceedings of any kind, and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) relating to or arising out of your participation in this Promotion or the award or non-award of the Prize to you or any other party.

16.     You hereby agree that neither the Promoter, nor any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, distributors, retailers, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives or agents, shall have any liability toward you or any party in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion and/or the Prize, and that you hereby release such parties from and against any and all claims, actions or proceedings of any kind, and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) relating to or arising out of your participation in this Promotion or the award or non-award of the Prize to you or any other party.

17.     By entering this Promotion, you agree that the Promoter, as well as their respective designees and assigns, may use your name, voice, city/state/province of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.

18.     All decisions of the Promoter as regarding these Terms and Conditions, this Promotion and/or the Prize (its award or otherwise) are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

19.     These Terms and Conditions will be construed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of contract and dispute resolution procedures of the country in which you are resident.
